Lovely hotel rooms comfy

Liked: Location was perfect
Disliked: The fact that the spa are is not cleaned correctly we went in Friday for a swim noticed plasters on the floor and a large amount of hair went in again befor leaving day after and it was still there

Didn't expect the room temperature...

Liked: The breakfast and spa facilities is good.
Disliked: The heater in the room cannot be controlled. It was always operated at high temperature and made the room very hot. We need to open the window and got the fans to cool down the room.

Lovely top rate hotel in...

Liked: Great location, lovely room, very quiet, helpful friendly staff. Great breakfast selection.
Disliked: The Spa area had a lovely feel on entering it & the staff seemed very friendly. There were a few areas that need addressing, the floor in the ladies changing rooms was dirty & VERY slippery ( i did let staff know & they went to sort it). The floor around pool area was clean but VERY slippery & made me quite anxious, i’m assuming this is an issue & probably a common concern . Every poolside lounger was taken by towels being placed on them, even though people weren’t using them as they were swimming or using the Sauna/Steam/jacuzzi. There was nowhere for me to put my towel, definitely need some hooks & some more seating providing. As a resident at the hotel i expected to be given a robe to use but only given 1 towel. I did enjoy my swim, the pool was a great temperature & a good length.

Disliked: Limited time to swim for family. The hotel could do with a game room for family a rainy day.

Disliked: Stayed at the Double Tree Hilton Majestic Hotel in Harrogate. Really not happy with my experience I am afraid. I was awake since 4am as there was banging outside all night due to the flag and pole above my window. It was really loud and unfortunately I had a really bad night sleep.Secondly me and my partner came here for the spa and the facilities were very over crowded making swimming, sitting on a lounger or entering any of the sauna/steam/ jacuzzi impossible. We left within 15 minutes.I’m sorry to say but I am really not happy with my pay for the night stay here. It would be greatly appreciated if you could assist with an outcome. I usually love coming to Hilton hotels and favour this over others. This has unfortunately disappointed me.
