Very pleasant staying in the...

Liked: Very tasty diverse breakfast! Spacey room with a bathtub. Friendly employees! Gym and sauna were handy. Location was also good! Super close to the train station and the city center but not noisy at all.
Disliked: The bed was a tricky one. If one person is moving, the other feels it as if it's an air bed.

Liked: The helpfulness and kindness of all the staff...exceptional!

Liked: Central location, helpful staff, availability of parking under the building, functional rooms.
Disliked: No minibar in the room.

Great location, great service, overall...

Liked: Was upgraded to a junior suite, which was nice and spacy. Perect location with only a 5 min walk to the Haupbahnhof. Breakfast good, dinner good but expensive, level of service top notch.
Disliked: A small moldy smell by the door and in the toilet was a bit suspicious.

Liked: Good location in walking distance to the central district, good large rooms; walking distance to the train station.
Disliked: Typical European beds, 2 singles pushed together all though the pics suggest otherwise, bathroom is very cramped and small.

Liked: The location is ideal as it is a few minutes to walk to and from the train station. The surrounding area itself is also safe and generally quiet. The rooms are quite modern, clean and spacious. The other areas of the hotel are also quite modern and elegant. The room service was pretty good too. The front desk staff were helpful whenever a request arose and apologetic whenever an issue came up.
Disliked: The room cleaning services - the room seemed to be just roughly cleaned most days and vacuuming did not seem to take place daily. This was clear by the build up of dust on tables and dust balls on the floor and under our socks when we walk around the room. Unfortunately, as a person with allergic rhinitis, the dust issue is a big deal for me and thorough vacuuming and dusting would've been ideal.
