Liked: The food at the restraunt there was amazing!!!!!! Coop was an awesome bartender!!!!
Disliked: It was all good!

Comfortable but expensive.

Liked: Rooms were nice and bed comfortable but the decor is sooooo dark, as is the atrium. But I’m not a fan of urban chic so there’s that. Check out the dark photo of the horse in the room. So hard to see.
Disliked: I didn’t receive my free breakfast. Went down but was handed a menu and told the buffet had a charge. I said I thought breakfast was included in my rate. She called the desk and they said no. I didn’t have my phone with me and didn’t pursue it. Checked when I got home and, yes, breakfast had been included. I wrote the property but no one has responded to date.

Liked: This is hands down the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at for the value. very beautiful decor and excellent staff. Pool area was clean. Room was clean. And warm cookies at check in

Pure dissatisfaction

Liked: I liked the pool.
Disliked: There were no microwaves in the rooms, and the first night there we found the sheets dirty, we had two false fire alarms, and have a mother of 65 who has bad knees and had to climb down 3 flights of stairs, hard to get room serviced, had to always ask for new towels and washcloths, sink backed up in one of the rooms, and continually had to ask for toilet paper. Unfortunately, I do not feel it was the best for the money spent. Even though they adjusted for the inconvenience I'm still not certain I will ever stay there again. I've stayed at lesser-quality hotels and had better service. Also, breakfast is not free it is a charge of at least 18 dollars per person and yet they do not tell you that upon arrival.

Disliked: They didn’t give me the room I reserved. The tvs didn’t work. I had to pay for parking. I was given a different room but had to pay for a bigger room.
