Great location, lovely staff but...

Liked: Really convenient for the convention centre! The staff were amazing, so friendly and nice!
Disliked: The furniture and facilities were a bit worn down. Definitely could use an update. The duvet cover was more of a sheet sandwich and kept coming apart. Breakfast could have been better.

Hotel needs updating and parking...

Liked: The cookies at check in are nice
Disliked: The rooms are outdated. Room service toast had no butter and had to call down for some. Parking charges are outrageous.

Great location for the price

Liked: Great location. Easy transport to Disenyland. Afordable. Good service. They keept our luggage safe during out last day.
Disliked: Arriving around 5am the person at front desk was not too kind. I asked for wi-fi conection and he told me it was only available after registry. Then another person gave us a promo wi-fi code
