Liked: I have nothing but positive comments to say about this hotel. The area centered around many beautiful places. Like the cathedral and many amenities. Its clean, great looking, confortable and the roof too restaurant with the beat view, we loved it here!
Disliked: It was nothing about the property, but I really feel that every staff should be told to be nice to everyone. I had a negative experience with an employee win the restaurant, a young female that dis not treat us well like all the other employees. My husband and I felt she didn’t think anything nice of us and we could the treatment was different from the person getting a table at the buffet in front of us and in the back. We stayed for 8 days total and the first time we had an encounter regarding the almost end time of the buffet, however she told us we couldn’t use the restaurant because we had used the 1 day discount the hotel gave us. We told her we will pay, but the way she would talk to us and explain things, made us feel very uncomfortable. The next day we went to the restaurant, for breakfast (friday) she was there and again, her fave as soon as she looked at us could tell so much negatively. If it wasn’t for her treatment, we would have had a 10/10 perfect t experience at your place. I would really appreciate ghat you take the time to speak with her and require for her to give equal treatment to everyone.
