Great time and great staff.

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel, very central to many activities and places to visit. The restaurant and bar was very nice on the 7th floor and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: I think the outside of the hotel can be a bit dirty but that is not the hotel's fault.

The staff and experience overall...

Liked: Clean, exceptional customer service, the breakfast was divine and the view incredible.
Disliked: The location is great as it is in the center of everything. However being downtown it is also surrounded by a feel of uneasiness. In the hotel del safe and sound but once out the area is a bit sketchy.

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Many things were dated and things were falling apart like the toilet seat was not secure, the shampoo holder came unscrewed from the wall. The bathroom towels that were supposedly cleaned smelled bad and some had stains on them.
