Liked: The location was great. The rooms were clean.
Disliked: It took them an hour and a half to check us in.

Liked: The staff, especially Lisa our breakfast server. We were very tired from our trip. She was a sweetheart!
Disliked: We were surprised that the "free" breakfast depended on the level of membership.

Disliked: The cost of the room. The price was raised for the homecoming game. My understanding is that this is illegal. The $300 room I?m in is $125 tonight. That?s robbery without a gun. I?m forwarding my bill to the state attorney general.

Liked: The staff is lovely and the location is convenient.
Disliked: The lobby is maybe the worst design I have ever seen. The colors are so disturbing which is not helped by the lighting. Whoever choose them should be fired. When you walk in there is a sense of is this a hospital or a crime scene. A quick lobby redo and all over paint would make a world of difference. Hall carpet has to go. Lastly, the restaurant food is really bad while served by fabulous people.

Liked: The breakfast in the restaurant was great and the room was very clean. The hotel staff was nice
Disliked: My reservation was ALL messed up so instead of having the double queen I was put in a king. This was not comfortable because 3 people had to sleep in one bed. The mistake was between Booking.com and Doubletree and instead of taking ownership both parties kept blaming one another but in the end the customer had to pay for the mistake. I do wanna thank the front desk clerk for the refund.
