Disliked: I recently stayed at Double tree by Hilton in Greensboro NC on 03-26-2025 to 03-28-2025I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with multiple issues I encountered during my stay. I expected a comfortable and hassle-free experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. 1. **AC Malfunctions in Two Rooms** – In my first room, the AC unit started beeping at 3 AM, waking me up. After notifying the front desk, security turned it off completely, leaving me without air circulation. At 5 AM, I was moved to another room, only for the same issue to occur again at 7 AM. I once again reported it to the front desk, and it was fixed while I was at breakfast. This severely disrupted my rest. 2. **Inadequate Room Amenities** – The second room lacked shampoo and had minimal conditioner. It was not restocked until after 10 AM, by which time I was already preparing to leave. 3. **Breakfast Voucher Issue** – I did not receive the breakfast voucher I was supposed to get and had to request it from the front desk. Additionally, the staff at the dining area gave me attitude when I inquired about it, making the situation unnecessarily unpleasant. 4. **Pool Misrepresentation** – The hotel advertised a heated pool, yet the pool was not heated at all, which was misleading and disappointing. These issues collectively made my stay frustrating and far below expectations.
