I stay at several HI...

Liked: Location
Disliked: No hot water, no phone in room, bed side lamp did not work, no housekeeping service, breakfast was horrible, full service restaurant on site but you must order from bar and then they sit you in a dark closed dinning room area to eat- most of the items on the menu were not available. Bar person said that they just did not ordered them.

Very good

Liked: Location was good. Lots of food options. And close to highway.
Disliked: Staff was not friendly. Bar food was sub par, best to leave hotel for food options.
