Disappointing

Staff was friendly and helpful

Liked: Beautiful property I can tell they are doing some work room was very clean and good amount of space
Disliked: They need more ice machines I had to walk so far to get ice

Exceptional

Nothing went well the first...

Liked: The hotel tried to charge card before arrive. Arrived room wasn’t ready… but ready 3 minutes after wee check in. Which was really weird. Made it to the room the key fob didn’t work the door wouldn’t lock when you would close it to leave.
Disliked: The park next door.

Incredible, definitely stay here!

Liked: The room was amazing. Honestly way bigger than other hotels I have been to. Super nice as well.

Disappointed with this hotel

Disliked: Booked online and given price but charged different price upon arrival. Called numerous time to have someone come to room to fix tv. Called numerous times to bring more towels to room due to not having the correct amount for family of five. Was told valet service was apart of hotel stay but was told when I came to ask a billing question that I had to pay for this service. Will never stay at this hotel again.
