Beautiful hotel, staff, location and...

Liked: I liked the location, restaurants, shops, ocean views, uber service and staff.
Disliked: The refrigerator wasn’t cold enough. My husband and I stayed one night. We had purchased a bottle of water the night before we were leaving and put the bottle of water in the refrigerator. The next morning the water bottle were a little bit warm.

Liked: Location but given all the inconvenience I would never ever choose this hotel again.
Disliked: The AC was super noisy and woke us up every time it switched on. The atmosphere is outdated and the hotel smells horrible. The pool was closed. The beds are old and smelly. We requested a change of room and switched to a room full of dead cockroach!!!! The bed was dirty and had hair on it. This hotel was a nightmare, do not book here!
