Liked: Lovely staff, great breakfast selection. The golf course views are beautiful.
Disliked: I marked the facilities slightly lower due to the noisy pipes and extractor fan which meant I slept with ear plugs.

Relaxing and comfortable, would definitely

Liked: Almost everything. Room was clean and comfortable, quiet and with lovely view. Food in the restaurant was very good and the outside areas were well cared for.When we left l forgot my jewellery roll and didn’t realise until we arrived at our destination that evening. Upon phoning the hotel my husband was told that the jewellery had been found and was being kept safe until we can collect it. I appreciate the honesty of the staff member who found it very much indeed.
Disliked: Restaurant service was rather slow, l had to ask three times for water on the table. To be fair, it was really busy and waiting staff were obviously working under pressure.As there was no air conditioning and the room was very hot we asked for a fan. After a long wait we were brought an old, dusty and inefficient fan by an apologetic staff member who said it was the only one she could find. Again, being fair she reappeared later with a much better one for us.

Liked: The room was decent the pool was the best part of the hotel
Disliked: My tea bags and milk were not replaced and the bath was filthy with little hairs all over very disappointed about that. Water in fridge was not replace every morning wich was upsetting.

Overpriced for what felt like...

Liked: The hotel is spacious.
Disliked: The hotel was disappointing given the price we paid for a suite (2 adults and 3 children). In the bathroom, the ceiling above the shower was crumbling and the towel rail was coming away from the wall. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, with such a large gap between the bed frame and the sofa that pillows slipped straight through. The room itself was overly warm, with no air conditioning to regulate the temperature. Breakfast in the restaurant was forgettable and far from what we expected. The swimming pool was dirty, and many tiles were missing. In the changing rooms, hooks had fallen from the wall.
