Liked: The hotel was clean and decorated to a high standard. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and gym facilities were great too. Stayed here for 2 nights and the family and I enjoyed our stay.

Very good and enjoyable great...

Liked: The spa facilities were very good me and my daughter got a treatment it was amazing. Very friendly pleasant. We also stayed overnight and the room, food and everything else was great.
Disliked: The only negative was that it did take a little time to get our lunch but apart from that everything was excellent.

Liked: The place was absolutely lovely Dinner was epic Spa was so relaxing Rooms were perfect
Disliked: Restaurant manager was very disorganised at breakfast. my mum asked for a cup and he said they where on the table but we didn't have any on the table and didn't help us any further. Breakfast is very disorganised

Very good

Liked: Lovely modern smart hotel. Friendly welcome. We got a room upgrade, which was fab. Very quiet and comfortable room. Food in restaurant was very good and tasty. Great choice of breakfast items.
Disliked: We got put on a table under a speaker in the dining room at first, which meant we couldn't concentrate on our conversation, but we asked to move and was fine. We got woken up at 8.15 by a fire alarm, which was such a shame as we were having a lovely sleep.

Liked: Lovely feel to the place, comfy beds, nice foyer and pool is great. Most staff lovely. Excellent choice for breakfasts
Disliked: Restaurant was lovely but our children with ASD struggled to find anything they would eat. When we quietly excused ourselves from our table and explained to a member of staff and apologized we had to go the staff member was lovely. However I caught it off the corner of my eye, a young lady who was waiting tables throw a really awful look at us which was a bit disappointing and showed a lack of understanding for kids with additional needs

Pleasant stay, good value for...

Liked: We have stayed several times and always enjoyed our stay and a lovely breakfast.
Disliked: Our bathroom in our room was not great, mould in the shower, rotten wood on the skirting and the bottom of the door which looks like it might have been from a previous leak, which made the bathroom smell of damp and a bit musty. The windows could also do with a good clean on the rims but apart from that the bedroom was clean and bedding very crisp and white.
