Liked: Good restaurant, very comfortable room, good location, close to the airport
Disliked: signage was confusing in places, the hotel is spread out along long corridors with the facilities such as the restaurant, bar and grill being seperated by multiple long narrow corridors with confusing signage. Easy to get lost looking for the Grill.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff were fabulous.

Cumbernauld stopover

Liked: all was as can be expected, nothing exceeded expectations onor disappointed
Disliked: bath room floor was broken and shower door didn't close

Really gone down hill in...

Liked: It was only a one night stay as transferred to a premier in which was more comfortable, affordable and huge difference in cleanliness
Disliked: Room tired; construction work in reception and main bar closed; room service tray charge expensive; pool area and changing not clean; bathroom in room very dated and unclean

Liked: lovely staff, good food and lovely hotel room.
Disliked: The cocktails I felt as thought £12 for a pre made bottled cocktail was very pricey. Wouldn’t recommend to guests staying as very over priced.

Disliked: The food was very poor and also had to take our own towels to the swimming which wasn’t good as didn’t have towels for the room get washed .also they had a mix up for when we got there saying ae has paid then didnt all confusing .also we didn’t use all our limit I. Food and they didn’t even ask if meal was ok
