We were not too sure what to expect from the outside but were pleasantly surprised by the rooms - spacious and very comfortable. We had not intended to stay for breakfast but changed our minds on arrival. Great night's sleep - beds very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. We will definitely book again - would recommend to anyone looking for extremely good value for money to book Glasgow City Hotel. You will be as pleasantly surprised as we were.

A lovely hotel with helpful front of house staff; best night's sleep in a long time. Breakfast was fabulous and staff very prompt and attentive. Clean and tidy rooms.

Disliked: Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room did not work throughout my time there. Despite calling reception and maintenance several times, the issue was not resolved, and I eventually had to rely on a fan.Considering the high cost of the room and the fact that it is summer, I would have expected at the very least a functioning air conditioning system. This made my stay uncomfortable and fell short of the standard I anticipated.
