We were not too sure what to expect from the outside but were pleasantly surprised by the rooms - spacious and very comfortable. We had not intended to stay for breakfast but changed our minds on arrival. Great night's sleep - beds very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. We will definitely book again - would recommend to anyone looking for extremely good value for money to book Glasgow City Hotel. You will be as pleasantly surprised as we were.

Liked: The room was lovely - clean and fresh.
Disliked: Nothing we stayed for breakfast as well.

Great hotel, high standards, superb...

Liked: Room very tidy, clean and spacious. Looked after well by housekeeping on our second day. Excellent breakfast on both days - great range and, as required, beautifully cooked. Lovely swimming pool. Pleasant seating area next to foyer. All staff were courteous and helpful.
Disliked: Minor point re swimming pool changing room: Day 1 toilet seat off in gents changing room and no soap at sink. Day 2, toilet seat fixed; still no soap at sink.
