Will not return
Liked: Did not eat at hotel
Disliked: Bathroom, and the coffee was bad. And especially the elevator. Only 1 was working. The place needs a facelift. The plastic desk chair was a joke.

Liked: Breakfast was technically a breakfast so not false, but bare. I?m assuming due to Coronavirus

Liked: Had a great time. Very clean and Ltd of precautions taken against Covid. Loved the pool & balcony. Will stay here again!

Overall it was fair stay....
Liked: The location and view of the beach was excellent from the private balcony. The decorations in rooms are very up to date. Plenty of USB and electrical outlets around entire room.
Disliked: The customer elevator was out of order. Had to use optional / service elevator which was small and hot. Had to share same elevator with staff which made wait times greater. Never saw maintenance on elevator for the 3 days i was involved. Temperature and lack of ventilation in this elevator made me uneasy and I felt more exposed to unnecessary germs considering pandemic. The bed was a little stiff for my taste. The cable TV was a little outdated with no apparent streaming choices like some have now. Internet was weak and difficult to connect to. I did not feel staff in general were not very informative. They were nice. I had a pay when you arrive booking but was billed 1st night before I arrived. I booked through third party and was planning on using a different source to pay at location. I was not given that opportunity. I was also billed for incidentals insurance which i know is standard practice at most. I still felt not trusted with the amount billing in advance. I was billed for 2 bottles of water that i never requested or received. I wondered if this was standard practice that most residents usually do not notice. I felt inadequate for having to question billings and receipts.

Disappointed in the quality based...
Disliked: Carpet was old and dirty. Certain items in the bathroom were rusty.

Perfect location, friendly staff
Liked: Perfect location - right in front of the beach across the street, while you could just bike to most of the major places to visit in town. Nice view from the balcony. Friendly staff. Perfect housekeeping with disinfection in accordance with Hilton standards. Overall I liked it so much I extended my stay for another night.
Disliked: My room was somehow extremely humid and the carpet was almost wet. Some might expect a simple breakfast even amid COVID alert. The quality of snacks and drinks at Longboard pool bar may have room for improvement.
