Liked: Lol, it did rain that night so at least we had a roof over our heads!

My wife and I got...

Liked: Property was nice for a hotel in a University town. We were in room 238 and the cable tv was not working. Although we connected to wi-fi the internet was not working. Both of these were working in the lobby. So regarding entertainment the hotel was bad. There were no cookies

Great Location; If you drive...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: It needs to be refurbished. It’s clear thousands have stayed here. The wear and tear is apparent. We stayed at a Comfort Inn that was brand new for $40-50 less per night and yet you certainly expect more from Hilton hotels. This site doesn’t live up to Hilton std perhaps it will with some upgrades, paint and deep cleaning. Furniture is worn in lobby. Needs sprucing.

Below expectations

Liked: The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good for an added cost.
Disliked: The hotel is in need of updating our room was quite rough, obvious water damage to the bottom of the door that was chipping off, the floor of the shower was black with ground in dirt. The bathmat left in the bathroom was dirty. had to request a new one. Just too many disappointments on the conditions of the room.

Liked: bed was comfortable, ac and heat worked good
Disliked: wife had to wipe down surfaces in bath and room as they felt not very clean.
