Superb

Construction used as excuse to...

Liked: We have stayed here several times and come back because the staff is great and the breakfast amazing. Before the construction the place was perfect.
Disliked: We probably won’t stay until your current major construction is completed. We stayed several times during construction and we feel the facility is using the construction as an excuse to slack on simple maintenance issues, such as replacing a burnt out lightbulb in our room when requested (never happened). The previous stay the trash can and ice bucket in our room were broken. It’s simple things that need attention.

Superb

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were nice and spacious. It was nice and welcoming walking into the room and seeing my name on the TV when I turned it on. Made us feel welcomed as guests!
Disliked: The room had no view out the window, not even partially. Looking out, you could only see the roof over the front of building holding the hvac units (I believe that's what they were?) and pipes.

We enjoyed our stay!

Liked: Good breakfast. Breakfast host was helpful and efficient.
Disliked: We were disappointed that the on-site restaurant was closed, but we enjoyed the restaurant in town that the desk person helped us locate.

Liked: It was newly renovated and the bed was really comfortable! The shower was nice! Enjoyed the cookies upon check-in that was a nice touch!
Disliked: The heat started making crazy noises at me in the middle of the night. I had to turn it off. Also the toilet made insane noises when you flushed it.

Liked: The room was clean and the complimentary cookies are fabulous.
Disliked: There were some holes in the wall in the bathroom that made the place look a bit trashy. There were bugs in and around the indoor pool and wet towels all over the pool deck. The front desk staff member wasn't able to answer many of our questions regarding our room, the pool or breakfast when we checked in.
