Hopefully, upon completion of the hotel renovation, there will be better customer service at the front desk. Had to have my key re-coded 3 times - very inconvenient to the customer.

Liked: Brand new room and beds - very nice; lobby bartender was very friendly.
Disliked: Doing construction - very unorganized with furniture all over the lobby, etc. Hotel desk clerks could have been friendlier - both ladies were on their cell phones texting instead of greeting customers standing in line to check in.

Hotel front desk could have done a better job with customer service. Had to have our keys recoded twice. Bartender was very nice and made a great connection with us.

Disliked: Hotel was doing renovation.

Liked: I had a great stay at this hotel – the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The amenities were well-maintained, and everything worked as expected.The only downside for me was the price, which felt a bit high. Of course, this is just my personal opinion, and the quality of the hotel did help make up for it. I suspect the price might be influenced by the lack of competition in the area, which could explain the higher rates. Still, it’s something to consider when booking.

Liked: Everything was great. The spa wasn't working when we were there which was a bummer but Everything eles was good. It's very clean and safe with very friendly staff. My kids liked the cookies and we liked the convenience of the bar and restaurants. The Gym was small but great.
Disliked: I wish the spa worked. The pool was good but was cold for a heated pool.
