Not happy with stay.

Liked: The lobby was nice
Disliked: Let me just start up by saying I don’t think I’ve ever left a review in my life . At least not on a hotel. The hot water didn’t work. The staff were incredibly rude from start to finish. I went to have breakfast and the minute I sat down, they brought me a bill like the literal minute I sat down. They brought me a bill, I told the lady that I paid to have free breakfast and she asked me my room number which I get and she said, verbatim, “ yeah I’ll just go ahead and check that” and I thought that was a little rude, but I didn’t say anything, but then she came back and she looked annoyed, and she snatched the receipt off the table and wrote down my room number crossed out the amount and told me I needed to sign it, and there was somewhere to leave tip on there. So I explained to her that there was more people on my free breakfast account for the room and she said, again verbatim, “yeah one more I saw that.” Then she left and never came back to check on me, but was checking on other tables. Which OK fine I’m getting a free breakfast, I don’t expect to be waited on. My key cards, I kept having to get new ones all weekend because they would stop working. The bathroom door in my room was basically stuck to the floor and made the loudest noise when I had to open or close it. The shower door was no better and would get stuck a lot. Then whenever I was going back to my room one morning, there was a guy with no shirt on, a bulletproof vest on, and a lunchbox ice chest roller thing. I heard him at the front desk ask where the rooms were and the front desk just sent him right back to where all the rooms were. I am just saying that the guy looked suspicious and I’m not trying to judge, but if I’m staying there with my child, I wanna know that the environment is safe. The walls had cracks in them which it’s a hotel and I get that it won’t look perfect all the time, but the bottom of my door, restroom door, look like somebody beat it up for a lack of a better term.

Good if you need to...

Liked: Updated and remodeled.
Disliked: Had to walk what felt like half a mile to get to the elevators. Front desk gentleman did not have the best customer service and was just going thru the motions, no smile, nothing. Had a toilet issue in the middle of the night so had to call maintenance, but no biggie.

Liked: Clean friendly
Disliked: The wait in line as only one person available. Would love to have longer hrs for breakfast l. Also modifying reservation when booking via bookings

Disliked: $15/day parking fee was unexpected (especially with no security, what are we paying extra for?)Toilet in second restroom didn’t work and had a horrible smell (maintenance took care of the issue).Unit was decently clean but not great.Shower handle was backwards (hot first then to cold).Bathroom and bedroom door handles were loose.
