Liked: Very comfortably bed.
Disliked: We left at 5:45. Reception clerk, dressed in hooded sweatshirt, busy talking with other staff, acted bothered that we were there. Big old holes in ears. Not Double Tree quality for sure.

Liked: Warm staff greeting. Room cleanliness.
Disliked: Bad low flow shower head. Needed more towels for 4 people.
