DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel El Paso Downtown

Great location; rooms were very nice. Would stay there again.

Disliked: Long waits on the elevators; had problems with our dinner - served the prime rib cold. Sent it back and they brought out a new steak about half the size. We never ate any of it, just left a poor impression.

Overall nice hotel in a very good location for attending the concert we drove down for. Their parking structure is good for golf carts and Mini Coopers, but our car was sideswiped (likely a couple of thousand dollars in damage) by someone pulling out next to it who just drove off. No security cameras!

Liked: Great service; close to Judson F Williams Convention Center; comfortable room and lobby.
Disliked: Parking - tight and my car was sideswiped by a hit and run moron.

Excellent hotel and conveniently located to the downtown. Had a lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant - excellent food. The room was comfortable with a grand view of downtown El Paso. Staff very helpful and ready to assist. Would definitely stay there again!

Liked: Ummmm hard to tell what I did like cuz nothing was good I had a bad experience
Disliked: I had a room on the 11th floor n it was extremely dirty!!I was very frustrated I just did a 12 hour car ride!! I had to go downstairs n switch rooms. Then in the morning when I checked out I gave my key card to the front desk person thinking that’s it I’m done I can leave this place !! But now I can’t leave the parking garage at all bc apparently I need my key card to leave !! Which is crazy cuz the girl from last night said I didn’t need anything to leave that I can pull up right to the gate n it would open !! So the only way for it to open at that moment, was for me to pay again!! So y’all charged me twice for parking. Very upsetting !! I told the front desk n they said they will refund my money but it will take two days !! So let’s hope it shows if not I will be calling n y’all better fix this at that moment. I’ve never had problems at a double tree locations before. I’m very disappointed in this location at El Paso.

Liked: I have stayed there several times and last night was the absolute worst stay we have had anywhere in a long long time. My room ac wouldn’t cool down past 74 degrees and it was hot and miserable, and if that wasn’t enough the backside of the elevators was up against our wall so we had to hear scrap cringy noises all nighht- after hours of the worse sleep we got up and went to garage got car and drove back to New Mexico- Zero stars !⭐️

Liked: Food was horrible for high expensive hotel and I found a hair both me my bf got food poising. It makes since why both restuarnts was not full wit consumers.
Disliked: food and trashcan in rooms had no bags tub didn't look clean
