Wouldn?t stay there again because...
Liked: The hotel is very central for everything in the city whether you need to travel north, south, east or west.
Disliked: The local area directly outside the hotel is full of drug addicts hanging around and limited parking inside if you have a large vehicle.

Misadvertised, Not clean at all,...
Liked: Property was nothing close to what?s advertised. Not clean at all, doors broken, elevator out of service.
Disliked: Double Tree by Hilton is definitely not worth staying at. spent $220 in 1 night stay but was more similar like Hotels under $100! Terrible Experience!

The hotel / room were...
Liked: The room had two queen beds and a hide a bed couch that had a divider, so whoever was sleeping in the morning could continue to sleep while the other people in the room could get up, turn the light on and do some work on the computer without interrupting the person still sleeping. The view of the river, downtown and City of Edmonton was very nice. Our window faced the West. The location was convenient for access to both downtown and the University of Alberta / Stollerley Children's Hospital / Whyte Avenue area.Staff were very accommodating.
Disliked: The booking.com booking did not include parking, which is an additional $28 a night or you have the option of parking across the street on a first come, first serve basis. The pillows weren't very supportive. If you can, it would be worth bringing your own pillows. (It depends if you like a supportive pillow or if you are okay with pillows that end up being very thin.
