Liked: Staff in the dining room very most attentive and helpful. Good menu. Food excellent. Proximity to airport
Disliked: We barely slept, due to the noise made by guests in the adjacent room, shouting until all hours, constantly slamming doors. We had to be up at 3am for our flight anyway, so this was extremely frustrating. I had advised the front desk, who ( I think) had a word with the guests, but that did not seem to have had any effect

Liked: Closeness to Edinburgh airport. Helpfulness of staff especially reception staff.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Absolutely brilliant

Liked: This was exceptionally good. Check in was simple, hotel was spotless, very spacious rooms, room service was fast, food was great, I stayed on Sunday the 14th April and the woman at night behind the desk around 9-10pm was amazing, she was so helpful and her customer service should be recognised. Sadly i forgot to read name. Will 100% come back!

Liked: This was conveniently close to the airport and great overnight for catching a very early morning flight.

Not as good as previous...

Liked: Good evening meal and a comfortable room.
Disliked: No famous cookie on arrival as happened previously and no answer from room service when trying to order dinner.
