Unpleasant

Liked: Did not eat breakfast.. location of hotel was ok
Disliked: Showers was disgusting. Thermostat was set on 68 and would not go any lower room was hot all night

Clean facility, starting to go...

Liked: I love the cleanliness of this property. However I notice small damages to the room which I haven’t seen before and the elevator wasn’t really clean that it was before. I have stayed here a couple times before so that was different but all and all beautiful clean facility.
Disliked: I notice small damages to the room which I haven’t seen before and the elevator wasn’t really clean like it was before. The staff wasn’t as friendly either and they didn’t offer me a cookie or water like they used to. It was a guy I haven’t seen before.

Disliked: Shower was not as clean as usual. I was charged at time of stay nearly $100 more than was quoted at reservation
