Disliked: There are homeless people camped out in the parking lot, at the adjacent hotel, convenience store and the general area. We stayed for 7 days and it was constant. Our friend had stuff stolen from their vehicle & the staff didn’t seem to care. They should have security since this is a constant issue. Another friends room wouldn’t lock & took over 24 hours for maintenance to go look at it, completely unsafe. Bathroom was dirty & moldy. Fridge wouldn’t completely cool. Two lightbulbs went out & they never came to replace after several requests. Didn’t have much light

Disliked: Everything! There were homeless people everywhere! Our cooler got stolen from are vehicle and we still have not heard any information on it. The facility was dirty! We had four people in the room and they would only give us two towels. The bathroom smelled like sewer! When they said they cleaned the room they didn’t. Made our beds and that’s it! We ate downstairs and the next day you could still see where there was still rice left!
