Liked: Location.
Disliked: No room darkening curtains, bed was horrible, so uncomfortable. There was a snowstorm, they didn’t even bother with putting down ice melt in the parking lot. I’ve had multiple hip surgeries and they said on my way out, oh be careful out there. For the price I paid, I’d expect more. I’ll never stay there again.

Disliked: No continental breakfast. Not knowing the point system. The pool was freezing, I complained and a man at the desk said I was the only one complaining. I said if course cause I couldn't get in.

Liked: The rooms were clean and the room we had was quiet. It was a great choice
Disliked: I had an incident with the key card. I tried to get into my room and the key card did not work I talked to the helpdesk she said that the keys deactivated when it is by our phones that could have been prevented if this was disclosure to me prior it was very frustrating. I honestly don't understand why the key cards didn't work for us to ger into our room that night.
