Very nice staff and hotel. Parking spaces are very tiny. Restaurant and lounge hours didn't work for us. Would stay there again.

Liked: Nice friendly staff.
Disliked: Hallways and elevators needed vacuumed.

Wonderful people and delicious food

Liked: I love the people! Everybody working there is so kind and helpful. Breakfast is truly exceptional as well! I am very thoughtful about eating quality and healthy food. In my experience, Hilton does an exceptional job prioritizing the quality of their breakfast.
Disliked: I don't like that there is a charge for parking. I did appreciate that they waived the parking fee for me, as there were plenty of free spots. Even so, I just don't enjoy being nickeled and dimed. Bake the cost of parking into the room rate. Believe it or not, Hilton does stand out above the others, I did choose this hotel even though cheaper options existed, and I equally appreciate a simple, firm price.

Liked: Room second night was quiet the first was a different side and was very noisy with road noise.
Disliked: Staff messed up my reservation multiple times, and we didn't get the right room I reserved over a month prior which was confirmed. Very disappointing. But the worst was the one staff member Carolina, who was quite rude and had an attitude. Rather than apologizing and using good customer service to take responsibility for their mistakes, she was aggressive, accusatory and rude towards me. I didn't appreciate that!
