Liked: The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The website says free parking and this is just not true. Parking is not free and also expect to pay a $50 deposit on top of all other charges upon arrival as well.

Never again!

Liked: Upon pulling up, everything seemed great, and then it began.
Disliked: Parking was very limited. Groups of children in the evening where running unsupervised, around the lobby and up and down the hallways with a soccer balls, the coach stating “their children” (at 10pm) then the smoking of legal medical cannabis, it seemed everywhere. First day, our room had an electric issue. The maintenance people were polite and friendly however, it still took over an hour for them to resolve the electrical issue. Apparently, there were no other rooms for us to switch. Next day, in the evening when we returned our room wasn’t made up -we were told we were supposed to hang the sign on the door, asking for housekeeping service. I could go on, but why bother!

Liked: Very clean and positive environment with great amenities.
Disliked: Lighting on top floor makes it hard to look through glass to admire scenery.

Liked: I made a booking including breakfast. I received a breakfast voucher at the front desk when i check in. I gave the voucher to the lady at the front desk when I checked out and asked her to update the invoice. Now three days later I checked my credit card and the hotel charge for breakfast even though it was already included.

Lame for the price

Liked: No complementary coffee in the morning was a big turn off. I can understand them wanting to make bank off of everybody charging them for a lame breakfast but free coffee should be a standard.
Disliked: No complimentary coffee

My stay was just amazing.

Liked: What I realized upon my arrival was the cleanliness of the driveway followed by the lobby
