Disliked: Clogged sink, stopped up toilet, not enough towels, had to constantly request for towels didn't receive them had to go get towels daily during our stay. When requested for room to be cleaned we didn't see a difference it was still dirty and the bed sheet was only pulled up wasn't made up and not changed.

Busted AC.

Liked: Rooms were very clean and employees were nice.
Disliked: AC didn't work either night and we had to leave a 3am because it was 76 inside the room. With a family of 4 that's miserable. They didn't have any rooms to exchange so they said they would refund 1 night of my stay well I've been trying to get confirmation on the refund 5 days now I have been given the run around and now they will not answer my calls and avoiding the issue. I've been very polite about it and just want what I was promised.

Liked: Hotel has potential. Everything looked nice until we got in our room.
Disliked: Our pullout couch cover was filthy. No bedding was left. Had to have someone come change the cover. The bathroom needs major updates. Toilet paper holder hanging off the wall. The shower shampoo and body wash containers were empty. Room was musty. Ice machine was broke. Pool was closed in the morning. Complete disappointment after our 10 hour drive.
