Liked: The staff was friendly and check in was fast and easy.
Disliked: There were not enough towels in the room so we had to go downstairs and get extra towels each time. There was a draft in our door to our room so it sounded like it was being haunted. The pool was fun and the kids loved it!

Quick but great stay!

Disliked: Slow elevators. Room needs updating. Y’all need big mirrors at the desk.

Disliked: The cleanliness was not good. The cost of the room didn’t meet the expected standards nor size. The window to the outside was small and covered in film with dirty window sill. The outside noise is not muffled, at all. Nor the inside. If you’re a heavy sleeper, this is probably not an issue. The bathroom is tiny. The lighting in the room is pretty dim overall. There were signs on the pool that stated “closed for maintenance, but was opened at sporadic intervals by staff, but signs were still displayed. So we never knew when it was open or not. Front desk wasn’t answering the phone most of the time in the evening.
