I asked three times for towels before I got them. Air conditioner not working properly.
Liked: Restaurant front desk and restaurant staff were wonderful.
Disliked: Bed was too low to the ground. We had to keep asking for towels. Shower leaked on the floor.

The hotel was beautiful. Customer service was great! I would definitely come back and stay here again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was wonderful. Large, neat and well set out. Service was great. Staff was excellent and very helpful. We travel more each year. From this point forward, we will seek out the nearest Doubletree. Thank you so much.

Quiet, comfort
Liked: Check in was easy, room a decent size, quiet. Located in a good spot for what we were doing that weekend. Reception area was huge, smelled and looked clean and tidy.
Disliked: You have to walk quite a far from the check in to thw rooms. Corridors were a little dirty on the carpeting.

Liked: Comfortable and clean with friendly, helpful staff
Disliked: There were children running around the property, riding the elevators for fun, and one even pulled the fire alarm.

Liked: The first receptionist k or Kee was very nice and kind. Friendly and respectful
Disliked: I checked in gave all my information to be told there were no rooms available, didn’t check in until a little after 5. Sheets had blood stains pubic hairs on the bathroom floor on one of the beds in the shower. I made muhhamed aware and he asked me were the stains already there or did I put the stain there (wasn’t in the room 15 mins) the house keeper came to our end and started spraying disinfectant spray over my 5 year olds head.

Liked: Our waitress, Kay was very good.
Disliked: When we got to the room at 9:30pm the TV remote didn’t work. It was quite far to walk back to the front desk to get another one. Hair in the shower. Hallways was dirty.

Disliked: My husband wanted a bagel and there were none. I wish the food was a little warmer. Also, I prefer the do it yourself waffle iron.
