Disliked: It was cold and heating did not help .Dialled room service but the person hang up on me .kids had to put joggers but l didn’t have enough warm kids to sleep in

Parking Refund Issues.

Liked: Lovely room and breakfast
Disliked: Even though I had a Blue Badge I was charged for the parking. £7.50 was refunded initially. I'm still waiting for a refund of £15 for the other days. I've been tossed back and forth. I was told the Manager will call me to do the refund. Haven't heard anything since. My stay was in February. The last message I got from Hilton was "contact your bank" Very disappointed that a big company like Hilton doesn't want to pay back £15 to a customer who has spent money to stay at their hotel. Not good customer service at all.
