Very nice hotel and staff

Liked: Staff very friendly and hotel very comfortable
Disliked: Just wish they had upheld the rule about no children in the pool after 7 pm as there was very noisy badly behaved children in the pool why we were there after 7 which ruined our experience at the spa ☹️

Disliked: We were very disappointed. we arrived on Thursday and the receptionist that served us could have been a bit happier and more helpful. Didn’t tell us how to get to our room and didn’t serve ‘with a smile’. On the Friday night we were woken up at 11pm by people slamming doors and shouting in the corridor until 1am. Then at 3am someone phoned our room number which was annoying because it woke us up. People were still slamming doors at this point. Then at 8am someone phoned our room phone again which proceeded to wake us up which just ruined the stay. We told the receptionist when we checked out and they weren’t very helpful they just said they were sorry
