Good hotel in a good...

Liked: Location is good and the staff Beverley in particular were faultless
Disliked: The rooms are tired, the sink has a crack and the bath had mould around the edge, the pillows all need replacing, also the kettle didn’t fit the base which was sorted by the staff.

Exceptional

Really comfortable stay

Liked: The staff were friendly and efficiant and helpful the room was clean and comfortable the lounge area is very well laid out and clean with comfortable seating
Disliked: Have stayed at other hotels and feel they could learn from each other i.e. an ice machine and water on landings a help yourself coffee machine at breakfast these things that we enjoyed but really liked the breakfast layout

A nice Place to stay...

Liked: Despite the Hotel not being particularly new, everything was well put together and up to standards. The Hotel location was ok if you're driving or passing by. The staff were all very nice and very welcoming. The Indoor pool was ok. The dinning area and staff were amazing and the food wasn't too bad either (just a bit expensive)
Disliked: The cleanliness was just ok, my only issue was there was leftover beard in the bathroom sink, not easy to spot and I don't blame the cleaners if they have limited time on each room, but once I see it I could not unsee it, good thing I always bring antibacterial wipes with me.

Disliked: You have to book to use pool area and the breakfast was very disappointing half if the food was not available

Liked: The receptionist was extremely friendly and funAnd they got us complimentary drinks
Disliked: Unfortunately we booked out after 30 mins , as there was stains on the bathroom floor and sink , the bath was rotten around the sides, toilet seat was wobbly.. the room is extremely out dated, and they sell the lesuire facilities as a class A ...which sadly they was not as advertised.. a tiny pool , tiny sauna.. very disappointed
