Liked: The receptionist was extremely friendly and funAnd they got us complimentary drinks
Disliked: Unfortunately we booked out after 30 mins , as there was stains on the bathroom floor and sink , the bath was rotten around the sides, toilet seat was wobbly.. the room is extremely out dated, and they sell the lesuire facilities as a class A ...which sadly they was not as advertised.. a tiny pool , tiny sauna.. very disappointed

Disliked: The bathroom was full of mould, upon pointing this out they said they cleaned it but seemed to be no different. Staff in the restaurants was rude particularly one smaller girl at dinner, just didn’t have the time of day for anyone.

Disliked: Room was damp and smelt strongly of damp. The bathroom had too much mould/mildew. When I brought this up to reception upon check out, she seemed to sidestep the issue. “Oh these rooms are due for upgrade”, so is that an issue for cleaning?! “Well we aren’t allowed to use harsh chemicals” I scratched mildew off shower tiles with a fingernail, so guessing they just need more physical labour. I gave up trying, got my paperwork and left. Disappointing and a sincere (or any form of) apology would have probably kept me from writing this review.

Liked: The hotel was very clean and staff was professional.the breakfast was very nice buffet full English and continental as well .
