Liked: Choice of food at breakfast
Disliked: Missing directions to room on doors

Lovely hotel, amazing staff

Liked: The hotel was easy to find, ample parking and very clean and tidy. The reception staff were amazing and the complementary cookie and bottle of water was very much appreciated. Overall our stay was great and we would come back again in the future.
Disliked: Both my wife and I found the bed a little bit too firm and pillows far too soft. There weren't any alternatives in the room to swap to. Other than that we had no issues.

OMG The bed!

Liked: The staff were amazing very warm and exceptionally helpful. The ample size of the room
Disliked: OMG the bed. We didnt notice on the first or second day because we had the t.v on and music playing in the room. Tbh we were so tired we had booked a few days just to rest. Until the last evening around 11p.m we realised the bed sounded like it was on its last legs. Everytime we moved it sounded as if it was going to cave in. We were very mindful of moving and waking the people below or advising reception at that time of the night. It did spoil our last evening and morning.
