very comfortable and would stay...
Liked: Room was fantastic, reception staff very helpful. food in restaurant for evening meal was great.
Disliked: disappointed to be paying for parking when i stayed for 3 nights and ate in the restaurant every night.

Liked: Good location for visit
Disliked: Room was only catered for 1 person when it was booked for 2. Felt awkward when checking in as asked are we sure we wanted a king size bed. We are a same sex couple and thought being asked this question was not ideal. We felt as if we were not welcomed or friendly.

Disliked: The leisure facilities were broken, closed or poorThere was a function going on that included a lot of dogs that I wasn’t made aware of before booking. There were drunk people making noise and someone banged on my door at 2.30am and woke me up.

Wonderful staff, good facilities, tired...
Liked: Wonderful staff! Good facilities, good little pool did feel kids shouldnt be allowed in spa pool however.
Disliked: Dated room, addiontioal cost for parking each night wasn't clear upon booking and as there is no option to park anywhere else it's very restrictive.

Disappointing
Liked: Check in was pretty easy...
Disliked: There weren't much information shared upon check in, not even a warm welcome really. Everything was just minimum. No offer to help with luggage, enjoy your stay with us, let us know we can help if you need anything. There were no wash cloths placed in bathroom the 1st or 2nd day so I simply got from Tesco across the street. On third day I left a £5 tip on the bed with a nice note asking for my sheets to be change. I kid you not they weren't and the bed looked even worse. Pictures attached. I asked front desk if I could get a robe and slipper, however I was told the king room I booked did not give those amenities lol My stay was very average, can't speak to the food as I didn't bother eating therr.
