I would recommend. I loved...

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic..
Disliked: The beds could have been more comfortable. The bathrooms were pretty small.

Rude staff

Disliked: If I could give this place a zero stars I would. I originally booked here for a mini family vacation, however due to one of the previous reviews about bed bugs that was posted less than a week ago, I cancelled our reservation. We called and spoke to customer service and explained why we had cancelled and we were charged $202. We did not cancel because of something on our end, I could not risk bringing bed bugs home or having my kids getting bug bites. We were advised to call back to speak with the assistant general manager about getting a refund. The assistant manager, Lennis was extremely rude and condescending and told us that we could not get a refund because we cancelled the day of and told us they do not have bed bugs and basically said whoever made the review was lying. Again, I could not risk it. We had to get another hotel and are out of $202 because of something out of our control. If you want a great hotel with great customer service, book Drury. They were absolutely incredible & I wish we would have went there in the first place. Save yourself a headache and don’t book here!

Good stay at a week...

Liked: Clean and looked like a new facility. In excellent condition. Was able to check in early. Cookie.Check in and assistance from Sydney at front desk was excellent. Pleasant and knowledgeable.
Disliked: I wish the location was walkable to driving / drinks.
