Liked: The staff was great, nice and greeted us immediately.
Disliked: Out of all the Double Trees I have stayed at, this one needs so much work. There was blood on the outside of the door. The rooms were old and dated. The glass elevator had a crack in it and then there was a homeless man staying under the stairs area near the pool. The neighborhood you can tell is not the best. And we didn't get any cookies. I don't think I would have wanted any from this location honestly.

Disliked: Well to start off I would like to say upon booking my room the details I booked and then the room I received were completely separate and I had to move rooms after settling into one after driving a long evening and then turnaround. Go-to front desk and move into a still not the room in which I had requested and paid for already!!Then I had asked that they keep my staying there anonymous because of the fact that I had a stalker. Only to my dismay , after just laying down the room rings and hangs up then again I found it odd aso I call front desk to find out they told stalker my room number and also he'd been put thru twice and the reason was because he had an emergency . Which really bothered me scared me and forced me to pack up and immediately leave the premises I think it's a shame and I can't believe that I spent almostv300 to have to leave and all the other things too. Very disappointed .

A great short stay.

Liked: Very good accommodations and thr restaurant staff was especially customer oriented. We also appreciated checking in 30 minutes early.
Disliked: No complaints it was a pleasant experience

Liked: Staff was very pleasant, and welcoming. My family was impressed with breakfast selection.
Disliked: The temperature in the conference room used by the organization that hosted was a little warm.

Disliked: The bed and pillows were hard as the parking lot. Breakfast was not included. To have music in the room was $10 a day.
