Pleased with my stay!

Liked: Very clean. Polite staff. Very close to the convention center. Pool was warm and clean.
Disliked: The bathroom is tiny. You can’t leave the door open without blocking the shower/tub. Over priced.

Liked: The rooms were very nice & comfortable! The pool was also nice!
Disliked: This hotel listed free breakfast, which in fact they don’t have. Very disappointing booking a hotel that claimed to have free breakfast & didn’t.

Choose another location.

Liked: The outside fire pit.
Disliked: Room was not clean when we checked in, carpet very dirty. Coffee maker broken. We stayed 2 days and after the first night a note from management was slipped under our door that housekeeping was unavailable due to understaffed. Breakfast was supposed to be included and was not. We had to pay extra.

Liked: Nice and clean rooms.
Disliked: Maintenance on parking lots and entrances poorly maintained. Back up safety measures needed. Absolutely no snow removal nor clearing of handicap spaces. All surrounding hotel free of snow and safer entrances. Breakfast was below bad. Hot food was cold.
