Liked: Nice breakfast, just a little pricey.
Disliked: Temporary prices increased due to the Solar Eclipse. TV in room had issues and would take 5 minutes to come on.

Liked: Location is very convenient. Asked for and received a room near a door
Disliked: The room smelled like urine. I was traveling with a small dog who spent the entire time in a play pen, I left the room clean. The $50 pet fee is outrageous and makes me want to leave the room a disaster.

Convenient to family and attractions.

Liked: This location is great. There is a great mall near by, many restaurants, great parks down by Lakewod, and close to Cleveland for museums and other activities.
Disliked: The room is very dark. The toilet did not flush properly so we walked 100 steps down the hall to the open bathroom for big flushes. Told desk twice before it seemed to be a little better.

Liked: The room was nice and a good size. The bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet. The location was perfect.
Disliked: The room was wonderful, however the bathroom was a little dirty.

Liked: The hot tub. Pool was a bit cold.Room was big and nice. Staff were competent
Disliked: There was NO breakfast included! And to buy it was expensive. $3 for a very small muffin! There was NO "free" wifi! Had to sign up as a "member" - ie data mining. Have already got emails from a university in Ohio.These are 2 BASICS! And it was the most expensive hotel we stayed in in our round trip of Lake Erie.
