Total disappointment!
Liked: Location is ok. Beds are comfortable. And The night receptionist (Zee) was nice and helpful. She made our stay bearable.
Disliked: Too expensive for what you got. The room was not clean, and the bathtub was clogged. They do not provide daily room cleaning, clean towels, or coffee. One of the two pools doesn't works, and the other isn't clean enough for swimming. I will never return to that hotel.

Misrepresented online; bookings.com wouldn’t let...
Liked: I liked when we drove away from this hotel to find other accommodations for the night
Disliked: DO NOT STAY HERE!! Photos are not what the hotel is like. DIRTY!!! Suspected HUMAN TRAFFICKING! They wouldn’t let us out of the booking when we showed up and found it was completely misrepresented online, and CHARGED us even though we DIDN’T STAY!When we arrived and saw the hotel was not as represented online, we were told we could not cancel and would be charged anyway. During our time in the lobby trying to find a way around this at least four different guests came down to complain of FILTHY and bad smelling rooms. A group wanted to cancel, and were told they could not. One man from this group had pictures from the room that I asked to see. When he showed them to me the lady at the front desk started yelling at him for showing me pics of the room. During all this time in the lobby, there was other guest activity that to me suggested HUMAN TRAFFICKING may be happening at this hotel. There was no way I was going to have my family stay in this place overnight. We left to find another hotel, which meant dragging my already-tired family around until near-midnight. AND Wyndham/Bookings.com CHARGED US FOR THE ROOMS!! We are now in the process of trying to get that money back. During time spent in the lobby, Wyndham reservation assistance told me they couldn’t help since I made the reservation through bookings.com. The bookings.com help number only has an AI Chatbot to offer “help”. Bookings.com and Wyndham seem to each be claiming the other is the one responsible for taking my money. BOTH grossly misrepresented this hotel online.
