DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago O'Hare Airport - Rosemont

What a great hotel. I am a little handicapped - a nice room, stayed overnight, saw the Alabama concert Friday night, stayed overnight, and had a great breakfast. Saturday morning, staff very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Treated very good. Rooms were clean and shower water pressure was excellent. Great buffet breakfast - the blueberry pancakes were to die for.
Disliked: Had to buy a cup of coffee in the coffee shop. No lobby coffee.

Liked: Front desk wasn't overly helpful. They only gave us one key, and they were irritated when we asked how to get to the room. Parking wasn't included either. The room was ok but not great. I had a much better experience at the Hilton in Rosemont and it was less expensive.

Worth it! Will use again.

Liked: The staff were great and the room was nice. Wish there was some kind of ledge in the shower and that the bath tub stopper sealed properly. All in all it was a really nice stay and i will recommend to others.
