Liked: The location and Lobby were great. Also parking was available at Jo additional cost which was nice.
Disliked: The check-in staff was rude. The room was not what was pictured on the booking. The room we stayed in was crusty with peeled paint in door frames and had an odor. Terrible value for a 400.00 room for the night.

Liked: The bed slept well.
Disliked: Muggy room. No hot showers, wall paper peeling everywhere, upon entry, it was posted everywhere that renovations had started, but it clearly hadn't made it to my room. The area to purchase items needed was way too expensive, and no vending was on the floor near Ice stations if the ice stations were working.

Liked: The location
Disliked: The elevator broke down while we were on it, had to take the stairs the remainder of the stay. The water in the bathroom only had one temperature and that was scolding hot. An engineer came to repair the shower but it took 2 hours and my kids and I needed to shower immediately after returning from the pool. The hot tub was out of service as well. My family is having our family reunion here and the air conditioner did not work in some of the rooms and it was 97 degrees on yesterday. All the guests and myself have been complaining today amongst each other.

Liked: The location was amazing. Very great shopping and food in the areas. The room was very clean, and I didn't have any issues. Staff was great and very professional.
