1st time Chicago

Liked: Front desk crew was exceptional. Tee and Isaiah were friendly, professional, and provided great info about the Chicago area. Wonderful to see them every morning we were there. Shuttle to Midway was a game changer that saved us time because we took the metro everywhere during the stay.
Disliked: The airplane noises in the morning woke me up, but of course that is expected because it's close to Midway. So I understand.
