Frustrating. Staff had difficulty telling...

Disliked: My package had free bkft but that did not happen. I was given one free overpriced buffet each day & a “discount” on the rest. And no one could tell me what was actually covered until after I was already charged. I spent an extra $100 on very basic bkfts for 3 teens for 2 day stay. I didn’t even eat their food personally to save $. Just fed my kids.
