Disliked: NO LIFT - we found the stairs far too much for our age & health

Overall great break
Liked: The Receptionists and most the bar team were amazing really made my break more relaxing. Spa treatments were excellent value for money however disappointed the pool/jacuzzi areas
Disliked: Some of the staff were unhelpful, verging on rude and there were only 2 that were working properly. They left plates, glasses on tables for hours, didnt bother restocking the bar and the management seemed to take it out on the next staff on shift instead of the ones actually doing there jobs My first room was dirty, hairs everywhere, peeling paint, ripped headboard and was so small I felt claustrophobic however the receptionists swiftly resolved this by changing my room and then I had no issues

Very comfortable would go again
Liked: Good size rooms with aircon. Swimming pool and spa area were very nice

Great value, great location -...
Liked: Clean, spacious, modern, air con (exceptional!), value.
Disliked: No smart TV in the room, no family changing facilities for the pool area even though the pool has child friendly times. No communal swimwear dryer and male one out of order.

Liked: They allowed dogs in rooms. Breakfast food choice was varied and suitable for most. Location was very quiet and easy to travel to and from.

Liked: I liked the general ambience. I detested the parking charge. The plates for dinner and breakfast should be hotter. The breakfast settings were too basic — no condiments or milk or marmalade in the tables. But breakfast cost too high for the self service standard. Why not two knives for a place setting? Skimped. Why send out a welcome email a day after the booking. £5 car parking outrageous. T: 01625530030
Disliked: Why have a Lakeside restaurant when the lake is a pond where the weeds and rushes need cleaning out?

Liked: Staff were very helpful, rooms were very clean and comfortable, good shower, facilities were good
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't great, sausages and eggs very dry but service was great, air-conditioning was not controlled in the room on a hot evening this was disappointing
