Disliked: food was terrible. made a complaint to the manager as it was inedible and was offered a refund which was never given to me for the food. Eeceptionist gave me a receipt and I said numerous times there was nothing on the receipt to say I should receive a refund in my account. she told me it will be authorised and I should see it in my bank within 5 working days. I have not received the refund for the food.

Liked: Breakfast was lovely, rooms were lovely
Disliked: Our room was ridiculously far away. No lift and was put on the ground floor. Couldn’t get a pushchair past cleaning carts had to walk through stock room.

Disappointing

Liked: Location fine breakfast was cold staff not freindly .
Disliked: For the price rooms not hoovered not much ventilation no fridge in the room bar area tables dirty and sticky food on the floor. And the spa area was full of kids in the pool, jacuzzi also in the steam and sauna area ? no sraff in sight should there be an ermergency in the pool area. Kids under the age of 16 should not be allowed in the spa facilities

A pleasant staycation

Liked: the hotel is located in a quiet place but with supermarket nearby. The room is clean and spacious and environment is very relaxing. The car parking is free. The receptionist is pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: everything is good.
