Liked: All great, what I expected....

Good but could be better

Liked: Hotel was lovely, breakfast had a good variety and left us full for most of the day. Staff were friendly, rooms a good size. Close to Cotswolds and other attractions. Lidl next door for basic food necessities.
Disliked: Doesnt seem to be enough staff possibly? I had a confirmed cot for my stay but this was forgotton and not in the room when we arrived. I politely asked receptionist, if a cot could be brought to my room for my baby. Took 2 hours as there was no housekeeping. My son was very overtired indeed and very cranky. Receptionist did apologise but cot should have been in the room quicker.Second night we wanted to book a reservation for the hotel restaurant which has to be booked via the reception desk. No answer to either phone or email. The hotel restaurant lost a booking and we decided to order uber eats instead. Its A shame as the hotel is really nice, with otherwise great facilities for the guests like a gym and spa. Area is close to cotswolds and there is a Lidl next door.

Great hotel would recommend

Liked: It had a pool and spa area it was clean and staff on reception were very welcoming
Disliked: Very expensive bar prices! And our room was very far from reception and the spa
