Liked: The Staff… all exceptional!
Disliked: No Lift & property needs dome TLC

Liked: The refurbishment of the room is very well done.Air conditioning unit, so much better then the wall fan.Breakfast, had a lot of different choices.Staff all friendly.

Excellent modern and comfortable hotel....

Liked: Plenty of secure parking, modern clean and comfortable rooms. Tea and coffee making facilities. The reception staff were friendly and professional both at check in and also later when we had an issue at 2:30 in the morning with inconsiderate guests in an adjoining room (matter swiftly dealt with). Breakfast was excellent too - huge choice and good quality - again with polite and friendly staff.
Disliked: Our room had an interconnecting door - not ideal if you have loud and inconsiderate people in the room next to you.

Liked: It’s location
Disliked: The long walk to the bedroom.Tea and coffee facilities were not renewed daily and when the staff were informed nobody came and my wife had to go to reception to obtain the items.My account was settled on departure but my credit card still shows a charge pending.

Liked: Good breakfast, comfortable room, helpful staff.We were allowed to check in early which was really helpful as we had a wedding to attend in the early afternoon.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Lovely comfy beds, bar was nice and relaxing after a long day

Liked: The location is convenient for exploring the region, and the hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. The room was comfortable and tidy, but lacked a few essentials. For instance, there was no mini-fridge, which is quite common in many countries we’ve visited, and no complimentary water was provided – especially noticeable as we arrived late and had to drink from the tap.
Disliked: The stay was fine, but compared to the Hilton standards we’ve experienced elsewhere, this felt somewhat average. With a bit more attention to detail and guest experience, it could easily stand out more.
