we had a nice stay,...
Liked: i liked how private it was and i liked the pool area
Disliked: i didn’t like how my room seemed like it needed small updates, WD40 was needed on the bathroom door and the door into the room. the toilet also had a delay when flushing

Decent hotel to stay near...
Liked: Seemingly new shower with great water pressure, comfortable bed, big TV with Netflix and cable, much better than other places we've stayed in the Hamilton Place area. Free standard breakfast options like cereal, yogurt, coffee, etc.
Disliked: The thermostat didn't seem to work but the window unit did.

Great place to stay. Staff...
Liked: I loved the area it was in. The staff were very sweet and gave us anything extra we needed with no problem. Very clean and well kept. Loved the stay and would recommend. Will be staying there again if we ever need somewhere in Chattanooga!
Disliked: I loved everything except they didn’t have a few things restocked but when we asked for what we needed that gave to us with no problem :)

Exceptional
Liked: The bed was super comfortable. And the air quality in the room was perfect. Also like the fact there were dispenser full of shower gel shampoo conditioner and lotion which came in handy. Good quality.

My first bad stay at...
Liked: I love the look of the hotel and how it’s nestled away from the main road.
Disliked: Our room had ants when we checked in and we were advised that they would remove the ants by the time we came back from our anniversary cruise but we ended up having to move our things to another room on a different floor which was a big inconvenience because we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The ants were still there. I have videos of the ants but I was trying to allow Hilton to make the situation right before posting. They gifted me points but I have yet to receive a refund on my stay that I was promised from guest correspondence.
