Great location for our purpose....

Liked: I enjoyed the welcome bag with water and cookies, quality shampoo and conditioner in the room. great size beds , comfortable also
Disliked: No option for a free continental breakfast. I would have liked more wash rags available

Clean hotel, good location, friendly...

Liked: Clean room, friendly staff, located in residential area close to big stores and restaurants. The location was great! Only 15 minutes away (car) from the historic area. It was nice to get away to a quieter area at the end of the day. Close to Shem Creek (5min). Close to Boone Hall (15 min).

Disliked: Tv didn’t work well.Only one chair. Why have a Peleton bike in the room?Loudest elevator gongs ever. Lousy coffee

Liked: Room was nice. Linens, bed and pillows were all comfortable. The facility was clean overall. Limited gym equipment. Location is good if you have a car and are willing to drive.
Disliked: Pool was closed, no hot tub, limited gym equipment. Housekeeping staff was hit and miss. The bar in the lobby was WAY overpriced. $16 for a Michelob ultra.

Liked: Very modern beautiful and clean!! One of the main reasons I picked this hotel was all the reviews saying how comfortable the beds were-and they were RIGHT!! Best night of sleep that I’ve had in a long time!!

Overall, we had a pleasant...

Liked: Hotel was very clean, and proximity to major roads was great. The rooms were a great size, and decorated nicely. The bed was extremely comfortable.
Disliked: There needs to be better signage in the lobby directing guests to the elevators. It took a few minutes and a chance walk down a short hallway to find them.
