Overall, verry good

Liked: Breakfast was really good. The staff all around from housekeeping,front desk to the Breakfast staff excellent
Disliked: Only complaint was back door always unlocked. I thought only way to get in was using your faub but must've been broken.

Liked: Very nice appearance, quiet and nice landscape
Disliked: The only problem was the bed. The bed and pillows were both very uncomfortable and we hardly got any sleep.

Overall the stay experience met...

Liked: There is pool and gym facilities. The suite is spacious.
Disliked: The aircon in the room cannot be adjusted. When the room temperature is too cold and need to off the switch, it does not allow to off for long period, as it will automatically power on by itself. No kettle or boiling device in the room.

Wrong room but everything else...

Liked: We did not get the type of room we booked but otherwise everything was good.
Disliked: The disabled room we were in.
