DoubleTree by Hilton Canton Downtown OH

The skyway leading from the parking garage is very cool at night, especially to my 8 year old son! Everyone was so nice.

Liked: The grand chandeliers and history behind the hotel.

Just disappointed in bathroom - clogged sink and shower. Won't be back.

Liked: Nice beds.

Disliked: I'm still not a fan of The pillows.

Disliked: The lady at the restaurant seemed annoyed and unfriendly at breakfast

Our first stay in Canton....

Liked: The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We felt safe and relaxed. All of the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No microwave in the room and no on site parking or valet.

Liked: EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND CONVIENIENT TO MY VENUE
Disliked: NO WATER PRESSURE

Liked: I like the fact it was close to my destination and the security was top notch.
Disliked: The hotel is getting older and it has a slight musty smell. You could tell they keep it clean but switching to all wood would limit the odor coming from the carpet. Not being able to crack a window to air out. The elevator had some kinks in it this time around and it seems to have a mind of its own, I was let out on the wrong floor a couple times. It also jumped a little when it started up making me a bit nervous to use it.
