Liked: Location!
Disliked: Absolutely everything. Bad customer service, lying (even after showing proof), room smelled like food, check in after over an hour, not taking responsibility!

Liked: Staff was friendly and room was clean.
Disliked: Was a little pricey compared to a year ago.

Liked: Good location for the airport.
Disliked: Room had sliding doors that opened out back to where the garbage cans were kept... Not an attractive view and seemed sketchy...

Great for our night before...

Liked: Our room up on the 9th floor which had a lovely view facing North was perfectly clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. We only stayed one night, as we were flying home the next day. We were able to check in slightly early, after our drive down from Edmonton, which was very helpful. Didn't eat at the hotel, but there's a very highly rated Denny's right next door, just a minute or so's walk.If I were to come to Calgary again, I'd have absolutely no hesitation about staying here again.
Disliked: Nothing, as far as I'm concerned.

Pricey but worth it.

Liked: Great location for our needs as we were in the city for a softball tournament. It was close to both sets of diamonds and near many amenities.
Disliked: We had an issue with our door lock. It’s more of a pain in the butt than anything else because our possessions were inside the room and no one could open the door. The maintenance folks basically had to break the lock so we could get our things. The best part about this was that the hotel gave us another room after getting our things out. It really is a great hotel. I’d stay here again for sure.
