We certainly enjoyed our stay.

Liked: The room, dinner and breakfast were excellent and the staff friendly and helpful
Disliked: The only drawback was the occasional flight overhead. This wasn't a problem with the window shut.

Fabulous stay!!

Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. Use of the gym and spa was a great bonus. Great value for money.
Disliked: Can’t fault anything!!

Decent place to stay but...

Liked: Nice location. Food was good.
Disliked: You have to pay £10 per night for the car park so they can ‘maintain it’ (see other replies to reviews). Paid for parking on arrival and filled out the arrival form with my reg number, as advised by the lady working on the desk, and then 10 days later received a £100 parking fine because I apparently hadn’t paid. Surprised to see black mould around the window and on the wall when I pulled back the curtain in room 310.

Liked: The spa facilities were decent and location is gorgeous.
Disliked: The room was very tired and not as shown in the pictures. The layout of the building was confusing - we had to go up in a lift, then down again to find our floor. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the smoke detector made a loud clicking noise every hour. We found a black hair on our towel. Breakfast was okay, but the dishes weren’t very clean. £10 for parking on top of a room rate was disappointing.

Liked: Lovely settings and great gym facilities.
Disliked: The noise in our room after using the hot water in the bathroom. Sounds like there’s lots of air in the system.Also I feel as though you shouldn’t have to pay for parking considering you are paying for a room to stay there !

Overnight stay

Liked: Nice hotel great location friendly staff
Disliked: Mix up with room allocation found someone in bed when entering room.

Liked: Clean - pleasant staff Good linen
Disliked: Charging £10 per day for parking even though it’s in the countryside.You can hear people moving around in the rooms above
